Just checked my Account Settings on Facebook and I finally have the much touted HTTPS support on Facebook. I saw the Facebook blog and a couple days later, on Lifehacker.com, they said Facebook finally enabled it only to be dismayed that I didn't have the option in my account.....until today.
What does this mean? Well, if you use Facebook over WiFi or in public hot spots, you can now use a https:// secure connection instead of http:// unsecured connection to get an encrypted connection to most Facebook pages just like when you log into your bank.

at work. Once i updated my DNS settings, i saw a noticeable improvement now with web surfing. Also, my home web server appears to respond quicker now as well which i can't say no to...
