The inside lane is the lane used by people who want to turn south onto Knight Street bridge, with this splitting into 2 lanes to hold more traffic. Very frequently people fly down the middle lane and cut acorss the inside (left) lane and pull into one of the Knight Street turn lanes. I will block these idiots if I am in a possition to do so. I waited in the long line of traffic, they can too. What seems to be funny is a large percentage of these people have Baby On Board stickers in their back window.
